Someone posts in one, three answer in another, and by the time it's sorted the court's gone. My friends are the same, scattered and busy.</p>
<p>We all track time differently. I didn’t want planning something together to mean maintaining another calendar. Chat already lets us say what works. It just needs a better way to keep each plan’s conversation together.</p><p>So I built Phlip around those conversations. Start with an idea, give it a place to grow, and check your own plans when you need to reply. I also wanted groups to own their data, so the app includes a server you can run on a spare Android phone.</p><p>– Phil</p></div>
